How to boost your Immune System naturally
Here are some of my tips on how to boost your immune system naturally:
Get enough sleep - at least 8 hours. If you don’t get enough sleep try to have 1 hour nap per day.
Water is life - drink as much as you can of it. Drink also hot water with lemon, ginger and honey.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Add extra portion of chilli, ginger, garlic and onions to your diet, they are the natural antibiotics.
Increase your nature exposure - take a daily walks along the sea, mountains and forests. Try to get as much sunshine as possible - this will increase your Vitamin D levels.
Increase your intake of Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Magnesium.
Think positively, make your own health affirmations and find time to meditate and relax everyday.
Add aromatherapy products to your daily skincare routine, this will help you destress naturally and will also help you sleep better.
